Weighed on Friday, I'm currently 249.6 lbs.
The weekend is here and I'm already starting out on a bad note. I went to the movies to see The H.elp and I had a small popcorn along with a movie size theater pack of Twizzlers. After the movie I had 3 tiny cup cakes, which were probably 100 calories each. Then I had a frappuccino from star.bucks. I topped the night off with fried chicken and french fries. I sabotage myself every weekend. I have a pretty decent week and then the weekend gets here and it all goes out the window.
I did not go to the gym since this weekend.
Today I had a bacon and egg sandwich on a plain bagel for breakfast. A grande ice coffee from star.bucks with 3 splendas and half & half. For dinner I had a large red snapper with a large heaping of mixed veggies. Then it all went to shit again. I had 2 small bags of cheese curls, 5 swedis.h fish and 2 smack size snicker bars. Did not workout today but I did a lot of walking.
