Its only day 3 and I'm already slacking. I forgot to post yesterday.
I had the usually breakfast yesterday. For lunch I had Chipotle, a chicken burrito bowl with a little cheese. Dinner was a fried snapper with about 3 cups of mixed veggies. Again, I had some potato chips. I also had a late night snack which was about 1/2 grilled chicken breast with a tiny multi-grain roll. The potato chips are doing me in.
I went to a Body Pump class at the gym last night which is a strength training.
Today, 8/11 I had the usual breakfast. No condense milk or sugar in my ice coffee this morning which is a plus. I had a small slice of Lemon pound cake.
Lunch:
3/4 cup of brown rice
3 oz steamed shrimp
1 oz teriakyi beef
1 oz roasted turkey
1 oz chicken with broccoli
1 cup of broccoli
10 oz diet Mountain Dew
Dinner:
Tossed Tuna Crepe Wrap from Tossed
The wrap is whole wheat and fat free
Vitamin Water Zero
Workout:
1 hour Power Sculpt Class
