I have stopped titling each post with the day because I'm not being consistant with my post.
I had bacon and egg on whole wheat toast for breakfast, lunch was General Tao's chicken with fried rice that I share with my son and for dinner I had Pop.eye's. The chicken was not good so I didn't eat it but the fries were delicious.
Monday, 8/15 I had a BLT for breakfast. A 6" Subway's Italian BMT on honey oat bread for lunch and dinner was a Chicken quesadilla panini sandwich. Workout was 1 hour boot camp class and 1/2 hour turbo kick class.
Tuesday, 8/16 I had a BLT for breakfast. A 6" Subway's Italian BMT on honey oat with a bag of sweet potato chips and 2 oatmeal cookies and dinner was a large strawberry and blueberry smoothie with whey protien. I had 1 oz serving of Sun Chips and 2 pretzel and cheese snacks. Workout was 1 hour Zumba class and 1 hour pilates class which was more strength training and cardio than pilates.
