Day 2

Breakfast:

2 slices of multi-grain toast
1 fried egg
3 strips of bacon
12 oz coffee
2 tbsp half and half
1 tbsp raw sugar
1 tbsp condense milk

I've decided to stop using the condense milk. When this can is done I will not repurchase another one. I basically have the same breakfast everyday. When I get tired of it and I will find something else. I need to add some veggies and fruit to my breakfast.

Took my vitamins. I take a multi vitamin, salmon oil (a source of omega-3), calcium with magnesium, an antioxidant and an iron pill.

Lunch:
12 oz Turkey Lentil soup with lots of veggies
1/4 chicken parmigiana panini sandwich
Green Tea with 3 splendas (no soda today, go me!)

Workout:
1 hour Zumba

Dinner:
Salad (from Tossed)
roasted chicken
bacon bits
goat cheese
dried cranberries
broccoli
chopped tomatoes
roasted corn and black bean salad

I had a small bag of Wise onion and garlic potato chips along with 5 Swedish Fishes. I'm not going to sweat it because tomorrow is another day
